A SPECTACLE THAT UNFOLDS EVERY DAY

The Chef’s Table room is the beating heart of Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli: an intimate and immersive space where the kitchen embraces a single, large table, reserved for just twelve guests. Lit by the great historic hood, the space takes on a powerful scenographic character, the result of the design envisioned by designer Patricia Urquiola.

The SOLO X12 menu offers an 8-course surprise tasting experience, paired with a selection of wines revealed during the meal.

*A selection of non-alcoholic cocktails will be offered to guests as an alternative to the wine pairings.

Given the uniqueness of the experience, the Chef’s Table menu cannot be modified in any way. We are unable to offer alternatives or accommodate menu changes due to dietary requirements.

The Chef’s Table experience begins with a visit to the restaurant before lunch and/or dinner. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the scheduled arrival time.

The Chef’s Table experience is offered at the cost of 395€ per person, wine included.

For tables of more than 4 guests, all diners are required to choose the same tasting menu.
À la carte dining is not available.

To guarantee a shared and convivial experience, the menu of the Chef’s table cannot undergo any variations.

It is not possible for us to offer alternatives or accept requests to change the menu to meet any dietary need, allergies, intolerances or personal taste.

Dress code

Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli does not impose a strict dress code, however, we recommend an elegant or smart casual dress code and kindly invite guests not to wear shorts or slippers.

Children

The Chef’s Table experience is reserved
for adults only.

Pets

Pets (even small ones) are not allowed.
