Three tasting experiences
inspired by seasonality and memory.
Giancarlo Perbellini has devised three tasting experiences, served in the restaurant’s historic rooms, inspired by the seasonality of ingredients and memory.
“Io e Silvia,” dedicated to his wife and their shared dream of a new Home for guests;
“IO e Giorgio,” paying tribute to Giorgio Gioco, featuring some of Giancarlo Perbellini’s most famous creations like the Wafer and iconic dishes from “12 Apostles” revisited, such as Truffle Sfogliatina, Verona celery, and gorgonzola.
Lastly, “L’Essenza,” a vegetarian menu, free from gluten, dairy, fish, and meat.
A la carte, you can choose two courses from the tasting menus at a cost of 160.00 Euros per person.
TABLE ASSIGNMENT
Table assignments are made daily and at the discretion of the staff, based on received reservations and the number of guests.
We will do our best to accommodate specific requests whenever possible.

LUNCH
Open from Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
DINNER
Open from Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
A FEW NOTES FOR OUR GUESTS
ALLERGIES
We kindly ask guests to inform us about allergies and/or intolerances during the booking process. In the absence of such communication, we might not be able to meet your needs.
DRESS CODE
Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli does not impose a strict dress code. However, we kindly ask guests not to wear shorts or flip-flops.
CHILDREN
We inform our guests that we cannot accommodate strollers and provide high chairs. We kindly ask guests with children to take the utmost care for the serenity of the other guests.
PETS
Pets (even small ones) are not allowed at Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli.
