Giancarlo Perbellini, a 2 Michelin-starred chef, is recognized among the great masters of cuisine. Over the years, he has broken the mold by exploring new horizons of taste. Casa Perbellini is his most ambitious challenge, in constant evolution. After years spent in Piazza San Zeno in Verona, the chef chose to refine his idea of Casa, making his mark once again.
And now, Casa Perbellini thrives in the larger spaces of a venue that has made history, the restaurant “12 Apostoli” in Verona. In Vicolo Corticella San Marco, next to Piazza delle Erbe, the dream continues in a location reimagined by the renowned designer Patricia Urquiola.


Today, In the spaces of the historical sign “12 Apostoli” stands Giancarlo Perbellini’s new “Casa”. A place rich in layers which designer Patricia Urquiola has expertly preserved and enhanced, while keeping alive the dialogue with the concept of Casa Perbellini.
At the entrance, guests are welcomed in an intimate and welcoming living room with a familiar atmosphere.
Then there are three rooms characterized by warm and natural tones: the Vòlto room, the Affreschi room, and the Chef’s Table.
In the air, the scents and atmosphere of an informal place. On stage, the chef and his art, inspired by flavors and seasonality, memory and emotions.
