On November 24, Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli welcomes Dom Pérignon Harmony, the international project bringing together the restaurants of the Dom Pérignon Society around the theme of harmony.
For lunch and dinner, Chef Giancarlo Perbellini presents an exclusive tasting menu, with white truffle among its protagonists and four Dom Pérignon Vintages accompanying the experience:

Four expressions of the Maison, each with its own distinctive character, enter into dialogue with the cuisine of Casa through a menu created especially for this occasion.
During lunch and dinner, a Dom Pérignon Brand Ambassador will guide guests through the story of the Vintages and the Harmony Edition project. The presence of the Brand Ambassador is part of the event’s international format.
